Ancient Chronicles Saga
Sword & Sorcery - Ancient Chronicles is a fully cooperative fantasy board game where players control legendary heroes with unique powers. One to five players control heroes awakened from the dead and made immortal by the will of the Gods, to destroy the corrupted deities scattered across the starless, stone-ceiling realm of the Underreign, with its dangerous ruins, ominous caves, and exotic cities. This new season will bring the game system to the next level, with new features enhancing the storytelling and broadening the scope of the players' adventures, introducing a greater variety of enemies, and more possibilities for the Heroes.

- Two completely new settings for the campaign - the Underreign and the Northern Lands - with new Enemies and Quests.
- A greater variety of opponents than ever before - each new rank of Enemies is composed of entirely new creatures.
- Minions - a new type of Enemy, multiple opponents working together with the same A.I.
- Allies - a new type of non-player character you can recruit in cities by allying with Guilds.
- World exploration - go beyond the dungeon, to discover the world and exciting new places. Secret missions and hidden locations are revealed thanks to the interaction between the world map and the Book of Secrets in the Journey Phase.
- City adventures - explore cities and strongholds on special site sheets, each with unique locations and adventure opportunities. Visit guilds and recruit new allies! Each city is different and offers unique opportunities to find clues and dangers, and to restock your supplies.
- More options for your heroes - heroes can craft new equipment, using gems and scales. Get the help of a good blacksmith to forge and enchant powerful new weapons!
- Items interact with the Book of Secrets - objects become more important in the storyline... use a torch to explore dark places, or open your way with a pick!
- Familiars - domestic, magical or divine creatures creating a mystical bond with a hero.

Mythic Quest
Myths of the Arena offers endless challenges for Heroes of any Soul rank, thanks to 4 different playing modes.
You can play Myths of the Arena as a co-op quest using the "Gods of the Arena" playing mode - a series of connected missions/challenges of increasing difficulty, ending in your fight with the Legends of the Arena, to win epic treasures.
But you can also use this expansion to enjoy using your Sword & Sorcery Heroes and Enemies using 3 bonus playing modes:
Lords of Endless Pain, where you find out how long can you hold your ground against an infinite horde of blood-thirsty enemies.
Kings of the Pit, where your challenge is to conquer the sacred altars and defend them.
Clash of the Heroes, where for the first time Heroes can fight against each other in duel - one vs. one, alone with a mercenary at youir side, or team vs. team.
